5. Shipping & Delivery

By purchasing from VoltEdge Gear, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • Standard delivery timeframe is 4–12 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control.

  • Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, the order is considered completed.

If a package is not received despite a “Delivered” status, you must provide a formal non-delivery certificate from your local carrier/postal authority.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect color/size choice, or buyer’s remorse.

All refund/replacement claims require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photo/video evidence

  • Carrier documentation (for non-delivery claims)

7. Limitations of Liability

VoltEdge Gear is not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • delays or failures caused by third-party carriers

  • any misuse, mishandling, or modification of products by the customer
