Shipping Policy

At VoltEdge Gear, our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items are shipped, how long delivery takes, and what to expect during the process.


Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.


Shipping Times

We ship to the United States and Canada using trusted global fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery times:

🇺🇸 United States

  • 7–15 business days
    (Depending on destination and customs clearance)

🇨🇦 Canada

  • 10–20 business days
    (The timeline may vary due to customs inspections and regional delivery schedules)

📦 Tracking

You will receive a tracking number automatically by email once your order has shipped.
Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after the label is created.


Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Packages lost due to wrong/insufficient address details

If you noticed an error, contact us immediately
If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to update the address.


Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments

We rely on international carriers. Sometimes delays happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues—these are outside our control.

A shipment is considered “lost” or “delayed beyond standard timeframe” ONLY if:

  • U.S. orders: 45 days have passed since shipment

  • Canadian/global orders: 60 days have passed since shipment

If your package has not arrived within these timelines, contact us and we will investigate and assist.

We cannot offer refunds or reshipments before these timeframes.


Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors, mailbox, community office, or building staff.

  • Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.

  • Contact the local carrier (Canada Post / USPS).

If the package still cannot be found, a non-delivery certificate from the carrier must be provided.
Without this document, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

(This rule protects us from fraud and is fully aligned with Zendrop’s policy.)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect items:

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Photos or videos of the item

  • Photos/videos of the packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund according to our Refund Policy.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before processing or shipping begins.

Once the order has entered fulfillment or received a tracking number, it cannot be canceled.


Customs, Taxes & Duties

Customs fees, import taxes, or local postal charges may apply depending on your location.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices.
